COVID-19 Procedure Update

Thank you for entrusting our services during this unprecedented time. Please know that the safety and care of our clients have always been first and foremost. Although we have always practiced the highest sanitation and sterilization measures we have added some new protocols that must be enforced at this time.

  • No additional guests are allowed including children. There is no longer a waiting area to accommodate friends/family members.

  • Upon arrival, you must be wearing a face mask.

  • Please use the hand sanitizer at the entryway before entering the treatment room.

If you answer yes to any of the below statements, please cancel or reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of fever, cough, headache, shivers, upset stomach, sore throat, or shortness of breath.

  • You have been in direct contact with a positive case of Coronavirus/COV-19.

  • You have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/COV-19 and have not been cleared as non-contagious by local or state public health authorities.

 

Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so via email, telephone, or text message. Cancellations and rescheduling appointments are free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior the appointment time. After this grace period there is a late cancellation fee of $25.00 that will be charged.
